Dear NTTC Membership:
The global COVID-19 pandemic carries significant consequences across all sectors of society.  Aggressive and preventative measures are being taken to protect our individual and collective health.  As you all know by now, this unprecedented public health crisis mandates changes to everyone’s normal day-to-day activities.
In an effort to protect the health and well-being of our staff, member companies, and other visitors to our headquarters, NTTC initiated remote operations effective Monday, March 16th.  Rest assured that we are not suspending operations.  Despite our remote operating posture, we will continue to serve you and conduct our business seamlessly as we await further governmental advice.  If you scheduled an in-person meeting at our offices, your staff contact will be reaching out shortly with instructions on how to participate virtually.

Given President Trump's National Emergency Declaration, as well as the increasing global travel constraints and the various state and local restrictions on group events, the overwhelming impact of the COVID-19 pandemic renders it impossible for us to host the NTTC’s 2020 Annual Conference & Exhibits scheduled for May 3 – 5, 2020 in Washington D.C.  While an extremely difficult decision, the association’s leadership is committed to following best practices and wants to ensure that members of tank truck nation are not placed in harm’s way.  We will refund all Annual Conference registrations and exhibitors the full amount (with no cancellation fees) by April 6, 2020.  NTTC is currently working on our contingency plan to deliver components of the Annual Conference during future 2020 NTTC’s meetings and conferences.  We will announce those details as soon as they are confirmed.
Moving forward, all future NTTC events online and in-person, such as the Safety & Security Council Meeting (June 16 - 18), our Summer Membership & Board Meeting (August 6 - 8), and Tank Truck Week (October 6 – 8) remain scheduled as planned.  We will continue to closely monitor the situation and research various options for upcoming in-person events. Any changes to scheduled programs will be communicated directly to attendees.
Thank you for your continued understanding and support as we try to navigate this rapidly changing crisis situation.  We will follow-up with more information as developments warrant.  Please do everything in your power to ensure that you and yours remain safe and healthy.
